WHOOPS!!!! Silly ol' me was preparing the post and getting it ready this past Sunday, and I suppose I inadvertently POSTED it without the updates and changes!! I didn't notice it until I clicked on tonight to finish it up.  Oy vey! See what happens when you haven't been posting regularly and your brain has turned to mush because your in your very last week of work and your (geez, I can't even spell right!) you're packing box after box for a  move to the other side of the country!
Sheesh! We depart Arizona next Friday and I can't believe it's here. We're really doing this. At times I get freaked out, and other times I'm very excited for our new adventure. I think this will be really good for us.  Snow, ice cold weather and all.  *sigh* PLEASE be sure to visit your fellow bloggers who have shared with us. I just couldn't pass up on this dish LuAnne brought us.
I have some seafood eaters here at the 365 home who would love this!
And I think I could take one for the team and make it one night.
