I apologize for not putting this up at midnight as I had been. Life got a little crazy this week with our car breaking down, two daughters home from college over the weekend and working. But, WOO HOO!! SO good to have the whole family together!!   Now on to business...

I LOVE Pineapple Upside Down Cake! There's just something about that
sweet tasting cake with the topping and then the pineapple, and then
those cherries!

And Christie made it even healthy!!

Evelyn made these cute jars of goodies for St. Patty's Day.
They remind me of when the kids would come home from pre-school,
telling me that the leprechauns had gotten into their classrooms and
tipped chairs over and made a big mess.
They were so cute and amazed.

Coconut Rolo Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats from 
The Best Blog Recipes

Shauna made these incredible treats that have SO many flavors in them.
I just can't stand how incredibly delicious these things are!!
I need one NOW!!!!
