 Things are going well here in the 365 home! All three kids will be flying back east to visit relatives in a couple weeks and boy, will the house be quiet! They'll arrive home on my birthday, just in time for us to catch the fireworks that night. I planned that on purpose, I did.  ;-)

Lisa brought us her Hawaiian Potato Salad.
When I first saw it, I was thinking it had pineapple in it to give it that special flair,
BUT...
it's the macaroni and peas that make it Hawaiian!

Wait, but wouldn't those ingredients make it a Macaroto Salad or a Potacaroni one?
Ok, I'm done.

Evelyn brought back memories of my childhood home in Rhode Island.
We used to have a row of these Purple Bearded Irises and
they were always so pretty in the Spring.
Oh, how I miss New England...

AND

Slow Cooker Lasagna from 
Sourdough Native

Kari hit the nail on the head with this one.
Lasagna is one of our favorite meals, but sometimes
I don't want to make it because it takes too long.
Lasagna + Slow Cooker / Crockpot  =  AWESOME!!!!
